Mapquest no longer offers that service. In the past you would pull up a destination route in mapquest and send it to sync or onstar, then when you got in your car it was already there. Mapquest discontinued that service about 3 or 4 years ago. There is no longer a pull down or icon to click. It's a shame as it was so handy.

Obviously the first thing is to make sure that your phone has bluetooth. Turn the bluetooth on and set it so that other devices can see it.
Next scroll through the sync system until the SYNC PHONE option comes up, press OK and go through the prompts on the screen in the car, it should then come up with a PIN on your car that you have to enter into your phone to connect the two, once the code has been entered into the phone, that should be all you need to do

You will need to contact the dealer and they will have to get some information about you and the car before they will give the code, or reset it for you.
Testimonial: "Thanks. We bought it from a GM dealer but I would guess any Ford dealer would be able to reset it. Again thanks for your help."
SOURCE: ford sync wont recognize ipod
The Ford Sync system is mode driven. If you plug in an iPod. Allow a few minutes to pass (your system may be indexing the music files so it can recognize artist name, song title, etc.). Then push the Voice button on the steering wheel and say USB. The system will respond "USB, state your command." Respond by saying, "Play," "Play All," or "Play Artist + (Artist Name)" or "Play Track + (song title)" Or, you can push the Aux button on the center console, and select "USB" as the source, or you can use the Media button on the steering wheel to scroll through all of the media and then stop on the "USB" source. Use the volume controls to adjust sound levels, use the "Seek" arrows to jump track to track.

Most likely a fuse. If your fuse box is labeled it will say radio under the fuse. If its not check your owners manual for location of fuse box and radio fuse.
