I have had the same problem for the second time. First time I had it replaced at the dealership under warranty. Car is now out of warranty and they want $75.00 plus labor to replace it. My button just popped off. Not sure it is broken, but there is a little spring-loaded clip to the back of the base unit that would need to be pushed back to reseat the button. Looks like a little creative bending with a paper clip might resolve my problem. You might try third party parts stores or possibly spend some time in the Auto Salvage Yard. The part was pretty universal (used for many years/models). Hope this helps!

I've had the same problem on a 2004. The SET button has popped off for the second time now. Last time I bought the cluster and repaired myself. Hey, plastic parts break but my complaint is that Nissan should supply a $5 plastic button that would just pop in the spot where the old button was. As is you must buy the whole control cluster. That's just wrong!

I have a 2003 Hyundai tiberon SE. Recently the

the bulb is not working because the fuse is probably dead. (check by the drivers leg side for the fuse box). Door locks will not work because the alarm system needs to be repaired, or replaced. I donot know what to do with the cruise control. and your seatbelt sensors need to be replaced.

Why cruise control won't work on 2003 ford explorer

If you hit "On", cruise control is on. It's just not set to the speed.

To properly set the cruise control, do the following procedure:

  1. Select the "On" button on the left side of the steering wheel
  2. On the right side of the steering wheel, there is a "+" along with "Set", press that button after you have accelerated to the speed you desire to maintain.
  3. Use the "+ and -" to speed up or slow down your vehicle.
  4. To temporarly disable the cruise control, simply press the brake pedal.
  5. To resume the previously desired speed, press the top button "Resume"
