Blinkers by moving lever up and down fuses are okay HELP
If the brake light circuit is used also as a turn indicator (by interrupting the brake light), the two circuits are related so you need to check relays for both circuits if the fuses for both are intact.
There are normally multiple relays of the same type (they will have a part number on them) so you could try swapping relays to see if the turn signal/brake light functions are restored.
With the brake lights also out when only braking, I don't think it is the flasher relay but it is also a possibility; couldn't judge that without the electrical diagram.
