Question about 2003 Chevrolet Impala
I've replaced the tires - brake shoes - rotors and had it aligned.
Check the brake caliper. If the pins are rusty and stuck the caliper cannot squeeze correctly and release as it should

Check your brake rotor(s). I had similar problem and found my rotor is warped. If possible, have it turned or better yet, replace the rotors.
