In the manual I have it is shown to be located under the hood at the rear of the compartment on the firewall area where there are several rectangular openings. The block is hidden from view below the wiper module on the lower edge of one of those openings. It has a 5 wire plug on the cabin side of the the opening. If you don't find it, then I know in the 2001 model it was in the cabin, behind the glove box again with the resistors sticking thru the firewall where the air intake would cool them. I just don't know in what year the block was moved between '98 and '01
If you find it in the first location you use a couple of flat blade screwdrivers to release the block and pull it into the engine compartment. On the hidden side push on a spring tang on the driver's side narrow edge of the block and on the comparment side you will see a couple of etched lines on that same side showing where to put the tip of the other screwdriver to pry it forward into the compartment.
Get a replacement block and install making sure the resistors aren't touching one another. If you have trouble removing it I can send you a page that shows what I described above. PS Please let me know where you find the resistor block to be located. Use the 'thank and rate' tab to get back to me quickly without having to wait for me to be "available"

The resistor is located on the firewall just inboard of the passenger side strut. Slide a screw driver inbetween the resister and firewall on the driver's side of the resistor and pry it out. There's supposed to be some lines there to guide you to where to put the screw driver. Also, check the connector. Frequently, with a resistor failure, the connector becomes melted and needs replaced as well.

I have a 2000 chrysler grandvoyager se and it 's got a problem the air conditioner only works in full speed how can i fix this problem

There is a blower resister, module ,it is bad,it is located near the blower motor, mounted on the outside of the blower case, but actually goes inside the blower box to keep cool, most of the time the blower motor is the cause for the resister to go out,the blower draws too many amps, even though it may seem it is fine, this is the cause for the resister failure.

2000 Chrysler Voyager blower motor replacement

When the Blower Motor Resistors on Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth go out, the motor will work on High only.
They have made it a lot easier than the 80's models. I suggest buying a Haynes Manual or Chilton Manual available at most auto part stoes. They have step-by-step directions with diagrams and photos.
Based on your description: the motor is on it's way to total failure.
