Question about 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee
This sounds like you have multiple shorts or bad relays/fuses. A simple way to know for sure is to stop at a jeep dealership or an auto parts store and have a diagnostic machine hooked up and it will tell you which relays/fuses are the problem. You can buy a diagnostic for your own use for between $50 and $150 at most auto parts stores
