The aircondition is only in front. the back is sometimes warm instead of cold. how can i chill the back?

service the system. when refrigerant is low, either the driver side or passenger side is weak and with double systems like your truck the rear of the vehicle became warm.

the refrigerant system is usually two pounds more or less, only takes .5 of a pound to start acting up.

Aircondition system not cooling

says renault 181 ,well never heard of this but this site is limited to models and doesnt have a non classified section but if the ac isnt working then it could be anything from no gas to a fuse ,so either ask a local mechanic to have a look or be prepared to do some diagnostics yourself to post on here

The Aircondition switch does not stay on. On my 1989 BMW 325i.

have the a/c system checked for proper refrigerant charge as this sytem relys on charge sensors. If the charge is low, compressor will not stay engaged and switch will not stay on.

Blinking air condition light

the blinking light is telling u a fault has occurred in the climate controls, it can be any of about a dozen problems, u will need to have the dealer test it for a trouble code to see what the issue is.

You have to measure the oil in the old compressor and then add a small amount, usually about 2 oz's this is for a system that has been run, the oil circulates with the refrigerant, so oil is in every component, you really need to consult a factory service manual to come up with the proper amount, it is based on which components you are replacing. Bottom line is what ever you drain out is what goes back in + a small amount, if you get it wrong you can end up with a frozen up compressor or a system that does not cool correctly.
