Draining & Filling
To avoid serious injury, allow the engine to cool before opening any part of the cooling system. The coolant is under pressure and may boil if the pressure is released while the coolant is hot.
Allow the engine cooling system to cool and open the drain at the lower left side of the radiator before removing the pressure cap. This will drain the coolant from the reservoir.
After the coolant reserve container is empty, remove the pressure cap.
Remove the cylinder block drain plug(s).
Remove the radiator pressure cap and fill system with a 50/50 mix of good quality 5 Year/100,000 mile engine coolant and distilled water.
Continue filling radiator until full and install the cap.
Fill the coolant reservoir container to the MAX mark with the same coolant mixture.
Allow the engine to come to normal operation temperature and cool down completely and recheck the coolant level. Add coolant to between the MAX and MIN mark.

Remove the cover plate on the passenger side of the heater box, 3-4 screws.
Unplug the motor assembly, remove 3-4 more screws that hold the motor in place and pull it down from its position. Get an aftermarket motor and installed it in the original housing with the original squirrel cage.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
