Fuse for Cigarette lighter

I have a 2000 mercury mystique and the ligther don't work. Where is the fuse located for this so i can see if that is the problem?

2000 Mercury Sable Cruise Control stopped working


Check the fuse panel. Look for a fuse that says cruise on it. If you cant find a fuse for that check your cigarette lighter fuse. somtimes they are conected. Its going to be something simple like that.

Fuse for cigarette lighter


most lighter fuses are in the fuse box. check your owners manual for the location of the box. usually it's under the dash near the drivers side of the car.

1998 fuse box diagram cigarette lighter dont work


Here's a diagram for you. It look like the fuse you want is in the number 27 position just incase my pictures are to small. I hope this helps and good luck.

Fuse panel location cigarette lighter fuse


in fuse panel it will be fuse number 2. if fuse is good its your cigarette ligther bad . this has power on it always.

The cigarette lighter stop working.


if the fuse is good, it probably is the lighter socket.
If you can, check voltage with volt meter in socket. touch one probe to metal side, other to center terminal at bottom of socket.

The cigarette lighter isn't working


on a right hand drive s type the fuse for the cigarette lighter is under dash right hand side it is fuse no 32 20 amps
