Question about 2001 Buick Century
Sound like a worn CV joint
Posted on Apr 13, 2009
If it's a steady clicking noise on turns it's the cv. joint.Or if it's just one clunk sounds like the wheel bearing is shot. Have you jacked it up and grabbed the whole tire and tried moving it side to side? Is there any play there? It should be tight. If there is play more than likely you need the wheel bearing hub assembly replaced. Plus check your tie rod end.
