I have a 1991 gmc jimmy s15, 2 wheel drive, both front brakes drags, i replaced wheel bearings,rotors,pads,master cylinder,both calipers,both front brake hoses,output rod is adjusted correct. both brakes still drags, what else can cause this.

You might want to have a mechanic take a look at your
master cylinder, especially if you replaced the brake caliper on the hot wheel. If you didn't replace the brake caliper on the hot wheel, you should do that first. They do go bad from time to time. They can get stuck in the on-braking position and drag and cause all that heat to build up. Shimmy was probably caused by a heat warped rotor.
Replace caliper slides and hardware grease with high temp or caliper grease. Clean caliper mounts if problem persists mounts could be warped or bent. Or worst case both wheel bearings are bad. Also check master cylinder by using block off plugs (remove lines at master cylinder and replace with brass plugs) if the pedal doesnt return properly the problem is the master cylinder.
on the wheel that is hot, jack it up and see it the wheel spins free or drags? if it drags, then loosen bleeder on the caliper, it if now spins free, you want to replace that caliper hose, if it is still dragging, then the caliper piston is stuck and you will need to replace it.
You need to have your brake pads replaced. They make that sound when they get worn down so you know to change them. There is a little piece of metal that rubs on the brake rotor to tell you this. Hope this helps
It's normal for new pads and rotors to have a "wear-in" period but only for say 50-100 miles of average driving... Disc brake DO get pretty hot, especially after prolonged or hard braking... (going down long hills or a lot of hard stops)... also front brakes actually supply 60% of stopping force... If they aren't to hot to touch the wheel or smoking you are probably OK... One thing to make sure of is that the pedal has "free play"... usually a fraction of an inch before the brake push rod actually pushes the master cylinder piston. Without this free play the brakes WILL drag all the time and wear prematurely... but unless you replaced the master cylinder or the locknut on the push rod adjuster has come loose it's rare to have that problem... The only other cause of this would be a malfunctioning ABS unit and you would feel a definite pulsation... Hope this helps...;-)
Replace brake hoses,they have an inner core that has ruptured and the outside rubber core is keeping pressure on the caliper with you foot off the brake. This will fix it! A common problem for this vehicle.
