Yes it is.If you need to know for sure follow the small overflow hose underneath the radiator cap it runs from the radiator to the coolant tank.

There are 3 hoses coming from the surge unit. The 2 on the right are clamped and connect to something. The one on the left coming directly behind the cap does not have a clamp on it and it doesn't connect...

THE ONE INCH HOSE CONNECT TO LOWER SIDE RADIATOR YOU HAVE ONE SMALL HOSE FROM SURGE TANK GOES TO TOP RADIATOR NEAR AC CONDENSOR.LOOK AT TOP RADIATOR YOU WILL SEE SMALL TUBE STICKING OUT OF RADIATOR FOR SMALL SURGE HOSE.THE OTHER SURGE HOSE CONNECT TO A SMALL METAL TUBE THAT SCREWS IN THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING.

I have a 2004 Chevy Classic Malibu and was wondering on the coolant resevoir it has has a hose at the top where should that be connected or what is it for? When I put antifreeze in it runs out of the hose...

there should be one small hose going to the radiator from the resevor thats if the radiator has a cap on it if not then there will be 3 hoses two going to either the motor and the radiator and one that just hangs down so if any over flow from the radiator does not blow all over the motor.

Car radiator has small hole in it from a rock. Not leaking, but steam coming out.

If steam is coming out of it it is an very small hole.
You can take the radiator to a radiator repair shop and have the hole fixed if it is that small. They usually charge less than $50 for small core holes like that if they can be fixed.

Your other option is replacement which will be substantially more money.

Small amount of what seems to be engine oil in the radiator over a long period of time

Is it an automatic? If so, you have a leak, in the trans. cooler, that is inside your radiator. Therefore, you need a new radiator
