Question about 2004 Hyundai Tiburon
Those headlamp assemblies cannot be taken apart or cleaned out inside. You can use a hair dryer and dry them out that way (remove bulbs first) The seals arround the assembly are leaking allowing water/moisture to get inside. The proper fix is to replace the assemblies (very expensive). I suppose you want to try to fix them yourself. You might be able to if you can find 'where' the seal(s) are weak/leaking (or if the assembly is cracked somewhere). Once you do, you could use silicon sealant or RTV and see if that works.
