Question about 1999 Ford Explorer
Sounds kinda like it is coming from drive shaft
You have either the ujoints failing, or the front of the driveshaft (slip yoke) is sticking and not sliding in and out like it should. Remove driveshaft, clean & lube with good teflon grease.
