Question about 1992 Ford F150 SuperCab
1992 Ford F150 will not start unless it is jump by using a screwdriver on the 2 solinoid post on the side of the the truck. This truck has a 5.0 and is a 5 speed. The truck will shut off with athe key. Also have replaced the solinoid.
Look on the clutch pedal, up on the rod piece, there is a switch there that looks like a brake light switch. Pull it forward so that it hits the rod on the brake pedal, it is probably out of adjustment. Try that, if it starts, there is your problem. You can either then buy a new switch or just zip tie the old one in place.
