Constant clicking/popping sound coming from inside right rear of the vehicle. Always making the noise when the vehicle is running.

It's the temp blend door actuator.

My 2005 Ford Expedition is blowing hot air from the front vents and suddenly the rear vents stopped working at all but I can sometimes hear a noise on the rear part of the truck ,may someone please tell me...

to me this sounds like a blend door problem. this is in the heater box, first you need to pinpoint the noise. there is 2 heater boxes on front and a rear both have blend doors. being you hear a noise, I suspect either door is jambed by forign object or broken, but still could be a problem with the actuator for the door. as for the rear not blowing?,check the position of the front blower switch, one position will disable rear function. honestly this
should be done by an experianced technican, I was 20yrs ford.

2003 ford expedition rear ac makes noise when engine running and how to remove the cover of the same

What kind of noise is it? If it is a "clicking" noise, a common problem on the Expy, you will need to replace the Blend Door Actuator. This is a small unit on the passenger side, rear. When you take the panel off, turn the key on to make the noise so you can locate it (there are actually 2 units) they have plastic gears that strip out, making the clicking noise. To remove the panel to access, you'll have to carefully pop the panel off and remove a couple of bolts around the seatbelt.

I'm getting a noise from the rear blower motor (as if the fan blade is touching housing) on my 2003 Ford Expedition. This problem only exist when I turn on the rear air.

Try turning the temp control off cold or hot to the rear unit and see if the noise stops. If it does it is most likely the temp blend motor. Also try the same procedure with the vent control for the rear if that stops it it is most likly the vent control motor. Hope this helps.

2000 FORD EXPEDITION WHEN THE CAS IS STARTED AND

Fords systems will still blow air even when off. does the clicking get quieter wehn off?

also, you can get it to stop blowing by turning on the recirculator. its a button with a car on it and a u-shapped arrow on the ac controls in dash. IF it stops then then something is in the housing and the fan is hitting it.

Rear heater making a clicking noise

You are not going to be happy. There is a servo motor that moves the door. The clicking noise is the little plastic gear stripped. Yes....plastic. And I belive that servo motor is expensive, especially for a plastic gear.
