Igniter and cam sensor are located inside the distributor, If the coil is at fault it may be a good idea to inspect the wiring/contacts as well as replace the housing body gasket to prevent water intrusion. Main relay is dash is a common no start problem, when it fails there is no power to the ecu.
If you're technically inclined, you can gently lift the tabs to open the relay...inspect the solder joints with a magnifying glass. Any broken joints, you can attempt to solder the joint correctly, then retry the relay.
The Fuel pump relay is part of the EFI main relay and can not be replaced separately. The EFI main relay is located behind the dash, left of the steering wheel.
At first I would have said it was your relay. They are known to get shorts and stay on. But you had that and the sensor changed. I would have to say it's time to trace teh wiring and make sure the wires aren't rubbing somewhere. It's a pain I know. I would start at the fan and work your way back to the relay. Might want to tap on the relay a little to make sure the new one didn't get shorted out by bad wireing somewhere else. There is also a “cooling fan timer” located inside the vehicle in the driver sideof the dash. This is going to be much harder to diagnose….and I am notsure how expensive a guess that will be to replace. If the relay doesnot solve the problem, I would call your local Honda dealerparts department and tell them your problem and see what they say. Theyshould know which parts fail the most and what they sell the most of.
the main relay is located under dash(behind knee bolster) just left of steering column. it should be gray in color with one screw on the bracket. this relay is replaced often for quitting and no-start conditions. other problem for the same symptom is faulty distributor
some are under the hood and some are located under the floor console in the center ot car where shifter is...They have covers in the front close to the fire wall that can be removed and relays are behind them. The repair manual will give exact locations of each relay.
