Car alarm doesnt work after dead battery boost

My Honda CRV 2004 dead battery was boosted after a light was left on.However, even though i am able to open the door(s) with my keyless remote, no automatic alarm is present nor sets when the doors closed.Interestinly the back door lock , drivers side does not respond to the master lock or double click of my keyless remote ( i have to manually open or close it) .Does this mean a sensor or circuitry is blown from the boost? Or should i wait longer till the car resets the alarm system?

Thanks

The computer detected a fault. You SHOULD NOT drive it around with that blinking, or you will regret it. Take it to the dealership immediately and have them pull the code.

How can i bypass the alarm/immobiliser on Autowatch 446RLI the car battery died, after charging the car battery the car won't start. it is dead quite when turning the key even thou the dash is lit.

Try getting a friend to boost start your battery with his vehicle and see if your car will crank. If your car cranks over - you have a faulty battery.

Check your battery leads, particularly the black earth lead where it connects to the engine/bodywork.
It's worth pointing out that a failed battery will charge up to a certain extent - however there isn't sufficient power in that battery to crank the engine even though all your dashboard lights are illuminated.
Get somebody to try boost-starting your battery first.

If you're sure that your battery is ok (or if connected to another vehicle): Put your ignition key in and turn it on/off a few times. Leave it in the 'on' position for 2-3 minutes. Give the system time to re-recognise the key

It actually sounds to be battery problem

Reversed the boost

you (at the least ) blew 1 or many fuses,
you do that and risk blowing up a fortune on electronics.
its not 60 Chev, that is so forgiving...

fuses: (ijm at alldata.com looking)
fuse 19, 80amps engine bay fuse box. bam?
are the head lights dead, they work all the time, even keys in pockets.
are they part of nothing.
then... that means... fuse 19 is bad.
open the fuse box in the engine bay see those.
they will all be dead, and 19 toast.
i just use a voltemeter to find which are blown.
starting there, then working to the cab box.
12v good
0v bad, key on

Can you tell me what relay activates the starter to crank the car, I don't have a manual for this car?

are you sure that your battery's not dead? try jump starting your car from another car. do you have aaa? or allstate motor club? maybe auto assistance from your cell phone provider? they can help with a boost for your car.or you can call a local tow company to boost your car, free help's the best though. ask a neighbor to boost your car. if the car starts, maybe that you've left an inside light on that's gone unnoticed.check for a missing belt? all of these are signs of no charge to your battery from your altenator. loose battery cables? corroded battery cables at battery? if the car starts after boost, let it run for 10mins and then shut it off, if no restart on it;s on,then suspect a bad altenator,or electrical problem. thank you for choosing fixya.com

My Honda, CRV 2006 stalled, I was back in business after getting a boost but now radio/CD is not working. Please help.

If your battery was completely dead the car has to be reset. Look in your owners manual and see if there is something about resetting certain functions if you have a dead battery. You might need the code for the radio/CD player to get it working again. A dealer can provide you with it, but you will need positive ID that you are the owner of the car.

The battery died, now the car will not start

put in a new battery and try to start it. if the alarm is going reset it with the fob. if it is a viper alarm you need to call them to get the procedure to reset it ti so you can start it.

2004 BMW 530i ALARM GOES ON AND SOMETIMES CAR DOESNT START

Your alternator is draining your battery to the point that you will still have your lites but will not have enough to start your car. I would take the alternator off and take it to your nearest automotive center to get it tested. They usually will test it for free. Hope this helps you get back running.

2004 altima 2.5s battery died because of cold. got a boost and now the remote start wont work and that blue ligt that is on the mirror for alarm system doesnt consantly flash like it used to. it stays on.

aye man those new cars avoid getting car boost because it will jolt the system and cause all over the vehicle cause it happen to me. Your best option is to remove the battery take it to auto zone napa etc. and have them test to determine either new battery or new alternator which by the powers up the battery.
