Window motor expired.

I bought a used 1986 BMW 325e and the front passenger window wouldn't go up or down. I took the door panel off and checked all the wiring, etc. After testing everything I could think of I ended up buying a brand new Bosch window motor, original equipment. There are no instructions, diagrams, or anything that came with the new motor. I took my door panel back off today and I'm really stumped as how to install this new motor. First of all the old motor is pressed onto or welded right onto the regulator so how do I remove the old motor ? How do I fasten the new motor onto the regulator ? I first took my door apart last year, now I have an electrical plug fastened to the bottom of the door but I can't remember what it plugged into. The motor is about 12'' higher than the plug so I must've lost a section of wire ? This is becoming a lot more of a problem than I thought. Can anyone please help me ?
