I can't tell from the Internet if your suburban is injected or has a carburetor. If it has a carburetor, the bowl is too full and overflows on turns etc. Replace it with a rebuilt one. If injected, look for a fault shutting off the injectors.
i would suggest checking to see if you are getting fuel by disconnecting the fuel line at the fuel rail and turn key if no fuel then its either fuel pump or fuel filter. if you get fuel then it would be the spark
use the driver door lock with the key or the rear door. Put the key in them and unlock them..Both doors have a alarm shut down. Give that a try and let me know........
