Change out the camshaft sensor. Located in the distributer assembly (circular plastic piece with wires comming out when you remove the cap). Should solve the problem!

Question edited for clarity. Cranking IS turning over. You are cranking but not firing, or starting, or running.
If you haven't much pressure at the rail, your likely problem is not enough fuel pressure and the fuel pump needs replacing. One post here says you need 39 PSI and another says 49 PSI. What do you have? You need to test with a pressure gauge.
keep it simple first disconnect coil wire from distributor leaving coil connected, put a screwdriver in wire place it away from fan or other moving parts such as belt , and crank engine, u shld see spark. if not u found ur problem. coil needs to be replaced
Their is a computer chip behind the antifreeze bottle check the second wire harness play with that while someone turns the key it happend to mine the same thing and started right up
check the fusible link , ingition swith ,distributor asembly and srurk plug .for loose connection and the distributor asembly with the spurk plugs firing order.I thgink it should be 1,3,4,2.dont forget to check the ground .
