You will need to bleed all the braking system via the bleed screws located on the front calipers and rear brake cylindersto clear all the air out of the system. Make sure you keep plenty of fluid in the master cylinder

Bleeding clutch master cylinder. How and where is it located

the master cylinder is the one you put the fliud in, it is the slave cylinder you bleed, this will be located on or near the bell housing of the gearbox.
to bleed you need a friend to pump the clutch and holed it down while you open the bleeder valve on the side of the slave cylinder to let the fluid come through, shut the bleeder screw and pump the clutch again, you may have to do this a few times b4 the fluid comes through, when you get a constant flow of fluid coming through shut the bleeder valve and pump the clutch once more, you should have clutch pressure now
