What fuse do I pull in my 2012 Chrysler 300 to make the windshield wipers stop

Hello. Simply remove the 'windshield wiper' fuse. It seems your windshield wiper motor is 'hard wired'; comes on when you turn on the ignition switch. That's not good!

Why is my windshield wipers running in the off position, it's like they are running in the intermittent position, but it's in the off position.

When the windshield wiper / washer switch is turned to the OFF position while the wiper motor is somewhere in mid-cycle, the wiper motor module will continue to operate the wiper motor until the wipers reach the park position. If the ignition is turned off while the wipers are in mid-cycle, the wipers will stop immediately where they are. The wipers will park the next time the ignition is cycled to the ON position.

Windshield wipers will not work

you have a short, thats what killed them in the first place and sound like the very thing keeping them from working, this is the first thing i would assume is the issue, too much power, short circuit, wrong fuse try this stuff and let me know if it works and if not i have a bunch more solutions to try, process of elimination

I have a 2006 Chevy Uplander and everytime I put a new fuse in my front windshield wiped and turn it in it keeps blowing, what is causing this?

your wiper motor is drawing too much current.or there is a shorted wire.use a current meter in series with the wiper motor and see if it draws more than 10 amps.

Windshield wiper fuse blows when Air conditioner is switched on

This sounds like somewhere along the lines, your wires are exposed and touching. Look for an area that may have been modified. For example, when people put aftermarket radios in, things can get tight/rough when putting the new headunit in. Perhaps your wires were pinched?

Windshield wiper fuse blows everytime I turn the ignition on

Try removing the harness connector to the motor, and see if it still blows the fuse, then you've isolated the problem.
