The P0700 is just a generic code to tell you to look for more specific transmission related codes.

The P0743 indicates a problem with the TCC (torque converter control) circuit. That can be the solenoid itself, the control module, the torque converter or any related wiring. You need a transmission specialist to look at that.

Where is the pressure control sensor 2001 ford windstar SEL?

From what I have read about those 2 error codes you are probably best off taking it to a transmission shop.
You'll find information about the P0743 code here http://www.obd-codes.com/p0743 P0743 is a generic error code for all Ford trucks. The P1747 is specifically for the EPC Solenoid Short Circuit
Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) Solenoid, which is inside the transmission. You have to drain the fluid and open the bottom cover pan. Replace the EPC and the filter at minimum; once you have it open you'll be able to find out more.
Good luck with this, it's not going to be a simple fix.

Code p0700. how do it fix it?

P0700 is a generic ECM/PCM code stating that there is something wrong with the transmission. To get the actual code for the transmission you will need a real scanner to pull the transmission codes. Basic scanners that you can get from parts stores and/or online only read global codes and data, but not vehicle specific codes.

Your best bet is to take it to an actual automotive shop and ask them to pull the transmission codes.

Ford p0743

This code can be caused by low or dirty fluid I would start with a flush and a filter . If not you need a new valve body in the transmission .
