Did test fuel work when dead,? try test fuel.
or examine spark tips, dry , starved, soaking with fuel ,flooded.
yes, dry,then check fuel pressure.

30 good
60 is stuck closed regulator , horrid. flooding.

After you put the new fuel filter back in, make sure your fuel pump is actually pumping, either by listening for it to start when you turn the key on or by cracking the fitting at the fuel rail (after disconnecting your ignition hot lead first) I assume that you have checked the fuse/relay... rick

Check all of the cables near intake. Make sure all of the sensors are pluged in. Since if sensors have plugs that are loose than you could have a problem of inconsistent runing.
