Problem for Chevrolet 1998 C3500

1998 Chvey 1ton will not shift into over drive

When my truck gets to 50mph, the overdrive never kicks in and the trucks speed drops down to around 30-35mph. I have taken my 1998 chevy silverado 1 ton to 3 different transmission shops, code reading: P1860 TCC Solenoid Electrical Malfunction, I had this replaced and the trucks still did the same thing, so I took it and had the transmission rebuilt and it's still doing the same thing.

Replace your tps it tells the trans when to shift hope this helps you
