Replaced starter. Hooked up battery, fluid bubbled from bat. cap.

Have starter checked.

Hello there your battery is either shorted out internally or you have some connection back wards on the starter.Or if when the starter failed(the old one) it melt some of the wires going to it..Check all wires at starter to wiring harness..Make sure all connections at battery are in right order and not backwards Hope this Helps you find your problem and repost if problem persists.Will go over different scenario's.Good luck and have a great day..
