You mean oil under plug wires? your plugs are in the center of the valve cover? if so, you have a vlave cover leak, the oil will rise and short out the plugs so they will not fire. remove the oil from around the plugs, then replace the valve cover gasket and plugs, try to start again

There is no need to add oil to an ac compressor unless you have had a massive leak. new compressors come with the right amount of oil. The compressor oil circulates with the gas and by the time the gas pressure drops from a leak then the amount of oil leaked out is just a few drops. Excessive oil in the system stops the TX valve from working and causes problems . If still in doubt then talk to an accredited ac specialist
Sounds like you need to replace the valve cover gasket.

It sounds like you have a worn or streched belt making the sqeeling noise. Whenever you turn on a
device in the car that draws a fair amount of voltage
ie. a/c or headlights it will cause increased drag on
the alternator and if you have a loose/worn or glazed
belt, it can slip around the pully making the squeel.
To adjust the alt-a/c belt loosen the mounting bolts
on the tensioner, then use the adjuster bolt behind
the tensioner pully to loosen and tighten the belt.
Be sure to check the belt for cracks bald spots etc.
While the belt is loose spin the pullys to make sure
they all spin freely. Also I would replace the belt just
to be sure. Hope this helps
SOUND LIKE TOO MUCH OIL GETTING IN COMBUSTION CHAMBER. POSSIBLE CAUSES.TOO MUCH OIL IN CRANK CASE.STUCK CLOSED PVC VALVE.WORN VALVE GUIDES AND VALVE SEALS ALSO BAD OIL CONTROL RINGS.
Basically it needs a service(engine). Starting problem can be due to many cause, like,
improper fuel-air mixture or fuel pump is not as efficient enough to supply the required amount immediately, thus taking more time to start.
plugs spark gap needs to be corrected/cleaned/replaced depending upon its condition now that take tine to heat up a bit before the spark gap is enough to produce the adequate intensity of the spark and this will affect cold starting.
cleaning of air & oil filters
low level of engine oil or monil
finally comes the timing, but then the engine will always be sounding rough
Hope one of the above solves your problem......sodeep
There's another set of seals below the rocker arm assembly that will leak into the spark plug holes. This is a fairly big job to fix, maybe best to keep draining the oil out periodically. Bearings are probably fine. May need an idle valve, but they can clog with carbon- I'd take it off and check that first. Cleaning that out just may solve that.
do a compression test as oil out the dip stick is usualy cauused by blowby or blocked engine breather. PCV.compression test will also pick up any problem with the head.when you pull the spark plugs out make sure they are the same color.
You really need to start with basic troubleshooting. Is there spark to the spark plugs? Do you hear the fuel pump prime during initial Key On & during Engine Cranking?
