SOURCE: 2005 Hyundai XG350L Fuel Filter

Hi there,
If you can get under the car just head to the petrol tank and look for the lines running to and from the tank,
There should be several thin copper looking metal tubes running from the tank to the engine bay,
Generally somehwere along that line should be the fuel canister that should look almost the same as your new one,
Its then a simple process of unscrewing the old one and screwing in the new one, Be aware not to use any sort of flame light ie lighter when under there as fuel will run out when you remove the old one. If its not under ther then it will be mounted in the engine bayas before just follow those tubes.
You may need to turn the igition on and off a few times once installed to prime the lines if the car does not automatically do this.
If it still wont start try pumping the gas/accelerator once or twice,
Be carefull not to flood the car and you should be away.
Hope this helps
Cheers
Steve

unless you can discover what DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) has been recorded/set in the control module, it's anyone's guess.

SOURCE: tcs/abs lights keep coming on after I had the two

The tcs/abs and brake lights are all on the same warning circuit. First i would check the brake fluid level and make sure it is topped off, next i would have the problem codes read and see if it helps you pinpoint the issue. If the light sometimes come on and sometimes are off i would suspect connection problems in the wiring. hope this helps

2004 Hyundai xg350L inertia fuel control switch location?

Vehicle handbook should provide the location which is often either under the bonnet close to the bulkhead or behind one of the front footwell kick panels.
When the switches were first introduced the spare wheel well was used.

What is wrong with 2004 Hyundai santa fe 4wd only front wheels spin hear a noise and see tcs light come on but no change to rear wheels

Sounds like transfer case is not being activated. The vehicle is front wheel drive with an electronic activated transfer case to put power to rear wheels. The traction control (TCS) could also be putting on rear brakes so hard it is not letting them turn but sounds like transfer case not working. Note - If you run these vehicles in air (all wheels off ground) it does not like it and will turn on TCS, stability control, and other things.

I just purchased a 2005 hyundai xg350L. The tcs light is on and won't shut off. That is the only one illuminated. Could this be a fuse or something much worse.

Hi Christine,

The TCS (traction control system) will stay lit only if there was a malfunction of that system. TCS helps your tires maintain traction on slippery wet or icy roads. The malfunction is usually due to damaged or malfunctioning wheel speed sensors due to corrosion or damage of the sensor wire harness during suspension repairs or brake pad replacement. You can still drive the car, but the traction control system will not help you if your vehicle's tire slips or spins faster than the other.

What grade oil should I use for my 2004 hyundai xg350L? Also would it be better to use a synthetic blend?

5w30, drain all your oil and change filter before upgrading to full or a synthetic blend. Car runs better and longer before changes on full synth.

Bought my Hyundai 2004 XG350L with 10,000 dealer demo miles on it and did normal maintenance on it the last 5 years. It has only 56,000 now and I turned the engine on this morning and engine light wouln't...

It may just be a sensor failing, or even as simple as a loose gas cap. You need to get it scanned to see what the error is that the computer found. (Some auto parts stores will do this for free, but they don't give a lot of information. Try that, if no luck, try a good garage.)
