First, that code is P0403 and it is related to the EGR valve, the PCM is the power control module and it is another term that is used for the computer in the engine. BUT you did not post the year make and model so that is all that we can say about that.

2001 Dodge Intrepid- What does P0622= Generator F-term. Field F control, and P0403= EGR flow circuit malfuntion mean? Thank you

If you've replaced those parts according to the codes, you need to have the codes cleared from the computer, otherwise the car will think you still have the bad parts on, and stay in what they call Limp Mode! Sometimes you can take it to an Autozone, and they can clear it for you! Otherwise you need to have a shop clear those computer codes for you!

OBD-11 codes 0403 & 0405

code p0403 refers to EGR --circuit malfunction===causes ---wiring--EGR solenoid---ECM
code p0405 refers to EGR valve position sensor A --low input===causes ---wiring ---short to ground---EGRF valve position sensor--- ECM.
By only changing the EGR valve you have not fixed the problems that cause the valve not to work.

if you have a obd11 scanner, clear the codes and drive the vehicule for a while ,a good half an hour or so above 30 mph. this will give your onboard computer a chance to relearn system settings.if the code comes back there could be some other sensor malfunctioning or a problem with the onboard computer.ex corroded connections or broken pins.

CodePO403 does not go away

P0403 Exhaust gas recirculation circuit malfunction.
The EGR valve is not happy.
This may require a new EGR valve.
I would try fuel injector cleaner first.
Put a full bottle in 1/3 tank of gas a give it a good run....could be a piece of carbon holding the valve out of position.
Does it idle ok?
A rougher than normal or faster than normal idle speed could be a stuck valve.
