Should have taken to a qualified repair shop , doesn't sound like you did any trouble shooting . Just replaced a bunch of parts you didn't need ! Leave the trouble shooting to a real technician .

How to make a shaved key for 1991 Buick century?

replace the barrel in the ignition lock and you will get 2 keys already cut to the new barrel. If there is an immobiliser included in the system you will have to get the new keys programmed to the CPU in the ECM of the car

Immobiliser bypass

The motor can be replaced without touching the immobilizer system. There may be no problem with the immobilizer system as it only turns off power to the fuel pump or ignition spark.
better yet just re-seed the immobilizer ECM with the dealer

1992 Honda Accord starting problem

you need to get a honda dealer to code the key(s)to the car.otherwise it will turn over and die each time you try to start it.(some cars have matching ecm/ignition switches)it would have been easier to tell your local honda dealer the chassis no and they would then have supplied the keys to your car.then coded them.

Drive for 1 mile dies wait a few min. starts drives 1 mile and dies

This may be a theft deterrent system issue. Is the ignition key you are using original? If not, try the original. If it is, there may a malfunction in the ECM. Some vehicles will start with non-dealer keys, but will shut off automatically if the computer fails to read the chip in the key within a certain time. Of course it could also be a problem with the ECM overheating or a faulty fuel pump relay.

I bought a ford windstar van from a lady who lost the keys to it they broke the ignition i replaced the ignition but now the alarm wont quit what do i do

This vehicle is equipped with PAT (Passive Anti Theft). You will not be able to remedy your problem until the ECM is paired with the new ignition and key. This must be done through the dealership.

Power windows stuck, engine light blinking & ignition won't turn

I see several problems here. While one major problem may lead to the others by causing faults in the ECM I would be very careful how I proceeded. The best advice I can give you is take it to a dealer. They have machines that can bypass and test the ECM. Unfortunately, the ECM is rather costly and just doing replacement testing is going to be too costly. The key issue is rather interesting. If your key has a chip inside it for security I would assume the ECM is faulty. What you described about driving is the vehicle running in failsafe mode to get to a repair shop. This is a feature chrysler toyed with for a few years in some models. If the ECM faults out there is a default set of programming that kicks in so you can get it to a shop.
