First inspect tires to make sure no belts are broken...Jack up each wheel and turn watch for bulges and make sure that tire runs true. If tires are OK, have them balanced. If this just started, sometimes you can see where a weight used to be. If so just replace it with one that matches mark.left by old one.Usually better just to have re-balanced though.

When driving, have shimming/shaking of truck from 0 to 60 mph

You need to find if your problem is coming from front or rear first.Do a test drive where you can drive at slow speed with no traffic an a good road.At 10 to 15 mph,
notice if the steering wheel is rocking left then right. If itis your problem is in the front wheels,if it doesn't pick up speed to 15 to 20mph,notice whether your back side is rocking left and right,if it does your probable is in the rear wheels.Next is to see the wheels on a spin balancer to check for steel belt shifting in tire or bent wheels. If none of this helps you didn't mention any sounds, but check the u joints

1999 Dodge Ram 360 5.8 liter engine feels like transmission is sl

Hi, the problem you are having sounds like the differential needs replacing this can be expensive and hard work but not doing this can cause further damage to your vehicle so its better get it done sooner rather than later.
If on the other hand your only getting a vibration through the steering wheel then this could be that the wheels need balancing.
You should know which of the two problems you have if you need further assistance then just let me know ok

The speedometer in my 1999 Dodge Durango only works above 30 mph. What is causing this?

It is either your output speed sensor in the transmission, or if you have rear anti lock, the rear wheel speed sensor. Check both for metal contamination.

1999 dodge durango horn does not work.

First thing I need to ask is are you having problems with your cruise control also? If so the problem is more than likely the clock spring. It is located behind the steering wheel and allows for the connection between the steering wheel and the wiring harness to stay in place when the wheel is turning. I have replaced 1 on a 2000 Durango and at least 4 others on different Mopar vehicles.
