1999 Dodge durango steering wheel jiggles when driving. Smooths out as speed gets to about 60 mph, but might start jiggling again.
First inspect tires to make sure no belts are broken...Jack up each wheel and turn watch for bulges and make sure that tire runs true. If tires are OK, have them balanced. If this just started, sometimes you can see where a weight used to be. If so just replace it with one that matches mark.left by old one.Usually better just to have re-balanced though.
Have the inner and outer tie rods checked out this probally worn out
