they should be using a platinum plug and if thats the case then do not touch. if you are using standard plugs( NipponDenso or NGK required) then .032" should accomplish your tune up needs.

The gap is 1.1 mm for the plug on the 2.4 L CRV.
If using NGK plugs the spec is NGK ZFR6F-11.
The -11 in the part number means 1.1 mm.
If you have an emissions sticker under the hood, the plug type and gap should be printed there.
