This is a ground short .an most likely it is at the batter cabel .ez way to find out have a friend take the small wire form the - batter poted an make sure that there is a bear to baer matel on the frama of the car n that it is boted good n fasted to the bodey im very sure that this will do the tix for you i hope this helps you out

Do not..DO Not disconnect the battery ever!
it wll cost you a trip to the vw shop to re set the computer.......

Reset the tire pressure warning, same as you would any service issue. Insert key in ignition, hold wrench button and min button, then start engine.

This problem is very common with MkV VW's. It's related to the heat and evaporator components. It's some sort of flap motor.
