There are 2 Locations that this Relay could be. There is a Panel inside the Car, Posibly Under the Dash? and one Under the Hood. The one under the Hood is called a Fuse Relay Box and Has a Lot of Relays for Different things in it. The Diagram of what is what in it Should be on the Inside of the Cover. let me know if you need more Help! Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help That I can Get! Thanks!

Sounds like pump drawing too much current , and by putting in a heavier fuse like that your just asking for a fire. Have a fuel pressure test done, that should confirm if pump shot. My guess is that it is. You have tried new fuel filter to see if that helps at all didn't you? When/if you pull the pump out, have a look for excessive dirt, which is always a consideration. Any blockage will make pump work harder, thus cause a higher amperage situation also.

hey, let me see your vin number and check out the opel spare parts catalog to see if there are components u might be missing... it does sound very weird that the lights stay on without keys on ignition...

its probly a stripped wire in the back wher the wires split 2 go 2 each side. check the red wire with wire tester 2 locate wher you have power up 2
