you could check the fuel pump i recently had some problems with my punp after i replaced it where i would get to 3k rpms and it would sorta shut down and wouldnt go past it untill i let off the pedal

My 97 yukon did the same thing (I believe). The valve body in the transmisson wears out (design problem) and causes the transmission to shift really hard. My repair was about $500 (nondealer).

ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, START WITH CHECKING VOLTAGE AT COMPRESSOR & GENERATOR (ALTERNATOR). IT IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH CURRENT TO CYCLE WHILE MOVING and taking the current away from everything else. ANY MORE QUESTIONS CONTACT ME AT email@example.com
