YOU HAVE MANY THINGS THAT CAN BLOW THE PCM FUSE.STARTER RELAY,ALTERNATOR, PARK NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH, FUEL PUMP, AND THE PCM CAN BE SHORTING OUT.

Clean all of your grounds starting at the battery, starter. Tighten all ground straps at the motor that is in connection with the PCM . It may be necessary to take them off and clean them if they look corroded, but most of the time you can loosen the bolt and re-tighten it.
