There are 4 fuses you would need to check in the interior fuse panel.
The first one is fuse no.32(10amp) then check no. 33 (15amp) then no. 59 (7.5 amp) and no. 61 (7.5 amp)

fuse number 46 in the passenger compartment fuse panel is the cigarette lighter fuse.
You can also visit the FORD.COM website, click the owners link, then owning your vehicle and get a PDF version of your owners manual. I just did it to get you the photos. It takes about a minute to do and no registration is needed.
