SOURCE: 1965 ford 352 engine blows oil out of breather.

I know the 65 didn't come with a 352, what is a 352? I thought it was a 351 windsor,? Anyway, did you rebuild the motor? There is a vent under neath the intake sheet metal that clogs up, It is held in the with a plate and rivets, you either have to remove the rivets or soak the whole thing in solvent. It will upset the car's pcv, a new pcv valve won't hurt, you don't need to be drilling holes, you might make it worse. Check all your vacuum lines. Make sure you have no leaks. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: oil found in breather tube

when you decelerate the vacuum caused sucks the air/oil from the crankcase, lubricating the engine,if excesive you get smoke from the tailpipe.then rings are suspect.(blowpast)
also if too thin (5/30) an oil is used in an older engine (10/40)it will have the same symptoms.

Air pressure coming from oil filler neck

Could be any one of a number of problems but first i would check the engine breather which will be a tube from the rocker cover to the air intake as in this tube could be a gauze wire filter and this might need cleaning but iam not familar with this engine so i honestly couldnt tell you where to look for the breather or even what it looks like on this engine which iam assuming is a indian built engine .

Oil fogging out/emit from engine going to the breather & turbo valve? what are the causes? the mechanic says it's piston ring problem...Is there any problem aside from that?

If it smokes alot at first start up, it could be bad valve seals and guides. If you have high miles (200,000) this is an engine rebuild too. My first guess would be bad rings. Sorry

Why is the motor oil come spilling out of the dip stick

There are a number of possible reasons ranging from overfilling with oil to a severely worn engine, but the most common cause is a blocked engine breather.

This needs servicing from time to time and when it's allowed to become blocked through a lack of maintenance it prevents excess crankcase pressure from escaping. The pressure still has to release somewhere and the dipstick is the most common route, as the gases escape through the narrow tube they inevitably push oil out as well.

If your engine hasn't had a major service then get that done first (it should include checking and cleaning/renewing the crankcase breather) and if the problem continues further diagnosis becomes far easier as you'll have eliminated any other causes which may be due to regular maintenance issues..

Shooting oil out of dipstick

Your engine breather system is blocked....this means that the only way that the compression caused on ignition that is getting past the piston rings and into the block can escape is via the dipstick tube.
Check breather for kinks and some have filters ensure that these are not blocked
