the axles must be pulled. (brakes stay put)
3rd member is not removed.
drain fluid from axle.
then you pull axle.
then with powerful grinder, cut off down the bearing lock rings 80-90 %
then you split the rings with a heavy chistle.
then take a hydraulic press and press off the bearing.
you then press on new seals and bearings.
then press on the new bearing keeper
than replace the inner bearing on the axle
and last put in the newly rebuilt axle.
that is ths short story
