Checked all fuses, thought it was battery, replaced it still nothing checked both batteries, they were good, turn key on lights and everything else work just no power from ignition to starter. Thank you
Hi
It could be your neutral safety switch. It could be the starter relay which is located in the fuse panel box. It could be the smaller wire going to the starter could be loose or corroded.

Neutral Safety is still in question, I swapped relays with another to check that, small wire is good.. My mechanic buddy crawled under and checked the switch and I also tried neutral,, I was reading somewhere else and it said something about the ignition and something in there being plastic and that this has been problematic as well?????Thank you for your time.
Finally tracked it down last night, the PCM is not putting power out..called dealer and the pcm is covered for 12 years or 80,000 miles..Thank God!!
We have same problem. Lights work horn works - alarm does not work.
I was driving and the car suddenly went dead. I'm getting no power to the ignition switch. No power to any of the gauges but the headlights still work. I have replaced the alternator and voltage regulator. when I turn the key nothing happens not a sound. I have checked all the fuses and all are fine. Any thoughts?
2004 avalanche master switch stopped working all at once. Checked for power to switch, good. Ordered a new switch, same result. Fuses are good and power is going to all the buttons, but the new and old switch do nothing. What else can I try?
