Are you sure the noise is coming from the compressor and not the belt tensioner or other accessories, when you turn the ac on it put more of a load on the engine. If not since the compressor was changed twice was it properly oiled and the clutch turned manually to insure proper lubrication. I am hoping if it is the compressor that the reciever dryer and expansion valve was changed and the ac system was flushed well, to insure no contamination, or blockage damaging the new compressor.

You didn't mention the alternator, power steering pump, or water pump. In fact, any pulley other than the crankshaft one can have a bad bearing or dry seal. Remove the belt and spin each pulley while listening for any rough noise or squeal. If it was the crankshaft, it might be time to check the oil. Start the engine with the belt off to see if it does squeal. Make sure the noise isn't coming from the radiator fan(s).

the defrosters run with the ac compressor running whenever its 49 degrees and higher. it does that to get rid of humidity faster. the pulley works off the ac clutch behind the pulley so you have a locked up clutch. find a belt to fit by bypassing the ac compressor will do if you like

Testimonial: "Thanks Alot for the info! You wouldn't happen to know the correct way to bypass the a/c pulley on a 96' Dodge Stratus would ya? "
Buy a whole new clutch for about $200. You need a special puller to remove the old one if you intend to refurbish it. It's not worth the effort. Just remove the clips and knock the old one off with a hammer. Chuck it away and replace with a brand new clutch assembly.
