The check engine light is telling the driver the computer has found a problem that will affect engine performance and emissions. The light is not a warning for mechanical problems.
You need to get the computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed with testing.

Some whirling noises

suspect it is warped disc rotors. If the pedal pulsates under your foot on light braking I would take it to a brake shop for investigation of the fault. Any noise or unusual incidents with brakes can become critical if ignored.

Overheating and watery oil

Water in the oil means one of 3 things:

1) Cracked or warped cylinder head
2) Cracked engine block
3) Blown head gasket

Blown head gasket is the best you can hope for. And cracked or warped cylinder head is next most likely. A cracked engine block is least likely of the three. Have you noticed anything unusual, heard any noises? And has the car overheated really badly?

Reduced engine power

Less power usually indicates a ignition timing problem or in less common cases a clogged fuel filter or clogged breather holes in fuel cap (tank is sucked vacuum).

When there's unusual engine noise - stop the car and contact someone who can diagnose the extra sound.

Have a 2003 toyota corolla and oil pressure light came on we changed oil and now its on again what could it be?

If you just changed the oil, therefore we can assume that the oil level is correct at this time and that the correct oil viscosity (5W-20 or 5W-30) was used. Are there any unusual noises coming from the engine? Like, maybe "tapping" or "squeaking" sounds? If so, then the oil pump may have gone bad and is not supplying adequate oil pressure to the engine. Continued use of the vehicle can result in serious engine damage. Have the oil pressure checked by a shop ASAP.

If the vehicle is running normally and no unusual noises are heard, then the oil pressure sensor (a.k.a. oil pressure sending unit) may be sending a false signal to the dash "idiot light". Replace the oil pressure switch.

Hope this helps.

I hear a rattling noise under the hood and it sounds like something is loose and then I also heard like a boiling sound comeing frm under the hood i checked my gauges and they were fine

from your description it could possibly be the radiator / coolant overflow operating. Although, it's unusual for the noise to be loud. With your engine stone cold, check your radiator forcoolant level and also check the coolant overflow bottle for having the correct level of coolant. Also check the hose which connects the two units.

As`a precaution, check to ensure that the radiator cap is fitted correctly and securely., again with the engine stopped and stonecold.

Hope this helps.

1.9 Dti (1999) Scenic. Throttle goes unresponsive

Not heard of this before, the problem is that you could be looking forever for a fault especially if its electrical as i suspect this may be.Your best bet is to take it to a garage and have it plugged in,you never know it may be a quick fix and not expensive.good luck.

Unusual noise

Not really a "solution" but this may move you a step closer to one...Check vacuum operated servo blend motors on the heater box. I would disconnect and plug the vacuum supply line to the dash controls (on the engine side of firewall) and drive it for a while. Obviously, if it's cold out you may not want to do this till summer because heat will not work, but it's worth a try, just to get a location on the problem isolated without taking the entire car apart!!
