I have a GMC it's a 2002 Sonoma SLS 4.3L. It was siting on my curb I started it up. It started up fine. I pulled up into my driveway to check my air filter to see if it was dirty. I removed the bolts that held it in place. After I was done looking at it I put all the bolts backs were they we're supposed to be. I put the air filter in correctly. After I did that I took a look at my intake. It's clean. It has 58,662 miles on it . It's still a baby lol. But anyway. I put that back together correctly also. And now all it does is fastly click my. Someone told me my battery was dead. But my headlights works and my "under the hood light bulb" works. I don't get it I ran just fine when I pulled it up into the driveway . Not even 2 hours ago........ FRUSTRATED!!!!! lol

SOURCE: headlight bulb

You have to remove the air intake filter and then kind of reach around up in there to change it. It can be done, but is a lot of work. On the duramax, it is even harder to do the driver side because of the dual batteries. You have to remove the battery, then the battery seat plate, and undo the winshield washer fluid tank and lean it forward. Then you can just sort of reach in and change both headlights. A very big pain to change a couple of headlights, but if you want HID's.... for the average person, changing a headlight now means a trip to that garage.

SOURCE: clicking starter=car not starting

the battery is located under the rear seat, check battery connections. if connections are tight replace starter.

all i did i unpluged the batter for 5 min and pressed the brake pedual while the batttery was unhooked and when i plugged it back in it solved my problem it has been working all day fine
