My steering stiffens if i put on the air conditioner

By fan belt do you mean the serpentine belt that spins all your accessories? If so check the tension on the belt. The belt tensioner controls this. If the tension is good, then one of your accessories is likely not spinning like it should causing the belt to slow down when the ac is on, causing the power steering pump to not spin like it should. I would take the belt off, spin each component separately and see if anything is stiff.

My 98 jeeop wranger is running hot changed serpentine belt, thermistate and cap What do I need to do

You must make sure the fan is working, if it has a electric fan make sure its coming on and if it has a regular fan make sure it spins fast , a slow spinning fan may be due to a bad fan clutch but if it electric it may be a bad fan or coolant fan switch. you replaced the thermostat and the rad cap, make sure the system is bleed and full, then check the fan operation. good day.

I have a c200 1996 classic, auto. The front radiator's fan (NOT THE DOUBLE ac FANS) is not spinning fast enough to cool the engine. what is causing the weakness of the radiator's fan spin? I appriciate....

The front fan is a slow spinning ac fan, the rear rad fans are for cooling and also ac at times, if the car is overheating then you may need to check the coolant fan sensor,or the thermostant,

1999 Dodge Caravan Overheating When issue started, thought it was a sticky thermastat. Changed that. Then overheated again and noticed the fans spin speed was slow then it kept poping fuses. Used a code...

Worn out or defective fan (spinning slow) and drawing too much amperage, thus blowing the fuse should be a pretty good indicator if all connections have been inspected and confirmed good and clean. I'd double check voltage to fan is up to spec, and use a clamp on amp-meter to verify amperage draw, and if too high, I'd change it. You should be able to get just motor to replace from parts store, provided all other components of the fan are still in good shape.

Occasional overheating

It is easy to check your fan clutch. With engine off and cool reach in and spin the fan blades. They should move real easy. Also make sure your radiator fins are not super dirty.
