Check your starter, most auto parts stores will check them for free. all so make sure your gear selector is in park. if you have a good battery and starter your car should turn over.

I GET THE CODE P 1594 ON A 1999 GRAND CHEROKEE

The P1594 means that the battery voltage sense input is above the target. This is most probably a problem with the alternator. I would take it to a shop where they can test the alternator for you.

Have a 2002 escalade wont start, lights and everything comes on not turning over

If the security light is not staying on, I would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch.

My car started dying and now hasnt enough charge to start

sound like bad battery cables.replace them.the positive battery cable is old and have a lot of resistance not allowing power to the alternator to charge battery.if battery cable good check alternator connector wires.make sure they are not damage also check alternator fuse and fuse link.turn off radio before removing battery wires so you wont lose radio code.

My 1999 plymouth neon turns off

We had the same problem and got 2 different alternators ! Gee, found out it was not the alternator AT ALL, but the wire from the alternator TO THE BATTERY was shorting out. Check that on yours, and good luck!
