My 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero 4-cyl Turbo Won't start. However, I have power in car, lights windows and radio works. But it won't turn-over. It could be Starter or Starter Relay. I can't find out

Ok, those systems might still work because the not require as much energy as the starter. Check the Battery Voltage with a good Voltmeter. If below 12, there might be your problem!

The ABS light won't turn off

Year make and model ?
The warning light means there is a problem with the system and it is disabled until the problem is repaired.
You would need to get the system or the body computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed.

Gauges dont work abs light on and heater wont turn off

abs light means anti lock brake system and the light is telling you that they aren't working properly. you still have brakes it just won't be with the anti lock system your vehicle has. you will need to have your brake system checked out.

ABS is not working but the ABS light is not on.

Early ABS can lock up the tires, best bet is the pads need replaced and there is air in the system.

I have a 2003 Passat 1.8L turbo sedan. 2 months

Can't be 100% sure but if you didn't have this problem before doing the work on the wheel bearing I can only think 1 of two things. When they removed your whhel bearing the sensor ring for the abs got damaged or the abs sensor is damaged or not pressed into place in the knuckle. The front sensors are not screwed on, they just have a little sleeve and at time with the vibrations of doing a wheel bearing they get loose. You most probally won't have an abs fault due to these problems.

ABS light-triangle with ! and curved arrow and check engine light

the sensors u had replaced will not affect the ABS brake system, while this light is on your Antilock Brake System is disabled, if u need this very important safety feature u are out of luck, have the system codes tested for the ABS and the check enhgine light, go to a VW dealer, don't waste your time on any technician who says to ignore an ABS light warning!!

Start up self diagnostic problems.

maybe a little corrosion on the connection from your alt? it could cause the higher resistance to make the voltage drop. the higher rpm's increase flow of electricity forcing it through the corrosion... maybe???
