Could be the bulb or the pressure switch. You should be able to ground the switch and make the light come on.

Testimonial: "Actually, Stephen, it appears none of the gauges work in that cluster. Being a social worker and not a mechanic, I have no idea where to start. Could it possibly be a fuse issue? Thank you SO much for your prompt reply."

SOURCE: replace heater core on 1992

It appears I was incorrect about removing the dash assembly, here are the instructions from a Buick owners club.

Under the passenger dash is an access panel that will allow you to remove the heater core, it really isn't that hard, there are lots of little dash screws and panel screws to remove before you get where you need to be but at least it is roomy. The AC evaporator is located by the heater core. I will give you a tip. I changed mine last year and the heater core that I ordered for my 92 Roadmaster was not correct, when I took my old one out and matched it in a book at the local part store, the heater core for my vehicle was listed as a 96 Caprice???? The car has been in my family since it was purchased new and the heater core had never been changed!!!! Explain that one!Oh yeah, one more tip, if your heater core is leaking, this access panel lowers towards you, if there is nasty sweet smelling water in there it will pour all over you, be careful! Caprice parts are the same as a Roadmaster,so if you ever need anything just look up caprices

SOURCE: starter install 1992 buick roadmaster

Do you mean the starter-motor removal?
Disconnect the battery. Disconnect the red/positive battery cable from the starter. Trace the red/positive cable to where it ends (that's the starter), disconnect it from the solenoid. Use applicable socket wrench/flat-wrench to unbolt/remove the starter-motor. Installation is reverse of removal.

press the helpful button and check links below, it is a 1993 manual, should be the same.
one fuse panel on that vehicle. It's on the driver side end of dash, you have to open the driver door to get at it. The box is under the hood, labeled relay center I believe. http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/buick/1993-Buick-RoadMaster.pdf

Where is the drain plug located on 95 buick roadmaster

I'm not sure which drain plug you mean. The radiator drain plug is at the bottom corner of the radiator on the driver side. The oil drain plug is on the center of the back of the oil pan. There is no transmission drain plug.

Battery wont hold a charge system drains it

Put a test light between the battery terminal and the battery cable. If it's draining it will be lit up. Start removing fuses till the light goes out. That's the circuit drawing the amps. Need some good feedback. hope this helps.

Does my 92 buick roadmaster have a short block or long block?

short block just means an engine without the cylinder heads installed on it. That's one way of buying an engine. Along block is the same as a short block except it does have the cylinder heads and maybe the intake manifold as well.

Turning signal

I don't know if it applies to the '92 Roadmaster or not, but I do know that some vehicles will do that if a bulb is burned out. I had a car that did the same thing, where one direction would not blink, but the other would, and the hazard lights worked fine. Replacing a bulb fixed the problem.
