OPEN THE TAILGATE AND YOU WILL SEE TOO BOLTS OR SCREWS..UNDO THEM AND PULL ON THE ASSEMBLY AND IT WILL COME OUT....PRETTY SIMPLE THEY ARE PRESSED IN...

SOURCE: where is the fuse for
On the left side of Engine Compartment check fuse #7 15A, On the On the Fuse and Relay panel located on the Left Side of Dash, check fuse #4 5A

you can pull negative battery cable and put test light on negative battery post, when lights up pull a fuse from fuse panel and if light goes out then thats where the short is, if light stays on then go to the next fuse
