These two videos should help you change the cap and rotor

Those are a tight fitting plastic snap in unit...
If they are falling out the CENTER CAPs need to be replaced. To be replaced properly on the vehicle... they need to be aligned... and snapped into place... The popular approach was to hit them on... if they didn't snap in...

The center cap on these grabs onto the lug nuts. If you change anything it should be those. You could also do something to give them a tighter fit which is a ghetto fix but lining the inside of the center cap holes with paper or something.

you have 2 options
1--- put the fuel return line into the tank you are using
2--- install a balance line between tank 1 and tank 2 so that the fuel back to tank1 is allowed to balance back into tank 2

properly set up the tanks should be connected so that the fuel gauge reads the total fuel in the tanks and there is a need for only one fuel pump

Leave the cap on the pump
Pull the injector fuse & turn motor over,
that's it.
Still tight-- then you have to check for ball joints,
or steering rack
Should be changing power steering fluid every 3 years,
as well as transmission or they both fail

Remove wheel from car and alot of BBS wheels have plate on back side of center cap that needs to be dis assembled

Check these:
1. Check for a rock, screw, nail, etc in the tread of the right front tire.
2. Jack up the right front wheel and manually spin it to listen for the noise.
3. Pull the wheel and check the brake pads
4. If you have aftermarket wheels and the have center caps, remove the center cap and drive to check for the noise.

Sounds like there is water trapped in the dizzy cap. Remove cap and dry out, give a quick spray off  WD40 and replace cap. While you are there pull of each HT lead and spray WD4O onto each contact and replace.
